Best Vacation of my life!!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Americana Luxury Apartments last August (2014). The location is perfect if you're looking for privacy and convenience. Just a short bike ride to the Solaris Resort and a 5 minute car ride to the old city of Šibenik, this is the ideal place to feel at home on your visit to beautiful Croatia.

The hosts provide immaculate housekeeping and a friendly service which include free supervised parking in their additional private lot just across the street from the Solaris Resort front gates

We were so impressed with the Americana that we plan on returning some day, hopefully soon! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful time vacationing in Croatia. Americana Luxury Apartments is so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches, Aqua Park, and water slides were a short bike ride away. We loved Šibenik, and the waterfalls. My son loved walking into the village for pizza, ice cream, or a pickup soccer game with the local children. There is a great authentic Croatian restaurant at the end of the driveway to the property. We were so close to everything while being able to retreat to our apartment when we needed a little quiet rest and relaxation. We will certainly be back again soon.

If you are looking to have a holiday in a place that feels like home away from home, away from crowded tourism and live like a local, then Americana Luxury Apartments is the place to be. The host makes you feel like you are a part of the family and they are extremely friendly, lovely, respectful. They provide fresh bread at your door every morning, which is a really nice and thoughtful gesture.

The apartments are very clean, spacious and provide everything that you need to make you feel like you are at home. The property around the house is gorgeous filled with an abundance of flowers, rosemary, lavender, a garden and olive trees. The apartments are located in Zablace, which is close to many beautiful cities such as Sibenik and Split that are easy to get to with a bus. The Solaris Beach Resort is only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment and the beaches are gorgeous! There are daily boat rides in Solaris that can take you to the surrounding islands and one of my favorite boat rides si the one that goes to Krka waterfalls. There is also a lovely beach directly across from the apartments, which is only a few steps away.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in the beautiful Americana Luxury Apartments in Zablaće, Croatia, in July 2015. My husband and I were part of a large group of about 15, so we occupied all 4 apartments available and they were not only clean but very spacious. The grounds were BEAUTIFUL with a tennis court and the smell of fresh vegetables and rosemary surrounding you. We stayed in the apartments for about 5 days and each and every morning, we had fresh bread waiting for us in a basket outside of our door! What a surprising and LOVELY touch! The apartments is complete & cozy and came with a mini kitchenette in case you wanted to cook some of your own meals. There was a sleeper sofa in the living room, perfect for a single person.

The apartments is located not too far from Solaris Beach Resort, where we walked to every day, to enjoy and relax on the BEAUTIFUL beach. It was nice to be so close to a resort and have access to it without having to stay there. You really get a sense of local living staying at the Americana Luxury Apartments. There also is a smaller, more local beach across the street from the Apartments that we chose to go to one day, which was another nice option if you don't want to walk all the way to the Resort.

Our hosts live above the apartments and are an absolute delight! Not only did we have fresh bread waiting for us each morning, but we had a homemade fish dinner prepared for us on Friday night! It was ABSOLUTELY delicious and another nice treat to make you feel like you were part of their family.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Americana Luxury Apartments if you ever visit Zablaće, Croatia. The price was MORE than reasonable, the apartment were beautiful and clean and our hosts were warm, welcoming and a beautiful couple. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place will absolutely surpass your expectations. Not only is the location ideal, the sleeping quarters are well equipped, and the hosts/ owners will make you feel right at home. The entire place feels very comfortable. It's in a spot in the town so you will automatically be enchanted by the local sights, aromas, and sounds. It's off the beaten path to the point that you feel like a local but aren't too far off from the action as a gorgeous beach club/ complex is nearby. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, scenic spot.

This place is absolutely idyllic. Beautiful multicolored flowers line the driveway, and while walking in, the smell of delicious grilled fresh caught fish, other wonderful Croatian fare and freshly baked bread wafted from where owners stay adjacent to the accommodations. Clay tennis courts and a beautiful water fountain also on the way to the apartments! The apartments are perfectly equipped with accommodations and the place is a short walk to the beautiful resort area down the road to a fantastic beach. Highly recommend to anyone who would like a delightful accommodation by the beach in Croatia!

It's a year later and I can't believe so much time has passed since I've been to this enchanting location. Driving up to the apartments, the pictures online didn't give any justice to the beautiful grounds. Excited to begin my vacation, I got off my shuttle and I instantly was met by a cool breeze that was followed with a scent of the ocean. As my group of friends and I gathered ourselves, we were greeted by our hosts, the owners of the apartments. This lovely couple had such a great energy about them that it made you feel not only safe, but grateful to be here.

As we all settled into our sleek apartments, I was reminded again on how happy I was to see it over exceeded my expectations. Big bathroom with fresh towel, small kitchen area, flat screen TV with cable(in case of a rainy days.Oh by the way, there are no rainy days) comfortable and clean bed with fresh linen and thankfully an AC that worked well. With a huge sigh of relief, I settled myself into my new "home" for the week. Every Morning we were all awakened by the wonderful aroma if fresh bread that was waiting for us at our door. An amazing way to start your mornings, if you ask me. It definitely great fuel for our 8 min morning walks over to the Solaris Resort (which you can find anything and everything to do).

After a day of resort fun, we made sure to stop at the Crepes place, located right next to the apartments, and try the different varieties they offered. It was definitely our snacks on our Friday night, when our hosts awaited us with a feast that included, the catch of the day, delicious home made wine, and again their incredible fresh baked bread. I never wanted to leave.

As my vacation came to an end, I was leaving relaxed, kissed by the sun, well fed and ready to take back on reality with a big smile on my face and a happy heart to boot. A year later, I still reminisce about this place and the time I was lucky to spend there. I would definitely recommend this little Gem to all my friends, loved ones and basically everyone if they ever wanted a great rustic escape in the wonderful country of Croatia.

My wife and I had an incredible time while staying at the Americana Luxury Apartments this summer! From the freshly baked bread delivered to your door every morning to the truly memorable grilled fish served on Fridays, the personal touches from the hosts/ owners make you feel like family. Our apartment was large, clean, had a balcony, and included all the amenities one would hope for to feel comfortable while on vacation. The Americana is very conveniently located close to the Solaris Beach Resort as well as other local restaurants and shops - we had an amazing time and would definitely come back to stay again :)
